# Theme Development Kit

Theme Development Kit is a local development tool for building and previewing [Finqu](https://www.finqu.com) commerce platform themes on your own machine. The executable command is `finqu-theme-dev`. The [CLI](/apis-and-tools/cli/theme#finqu-theme-dev) uses the kit for local theme development — you can run the kit directly with `finqu-theme-dev` or via `finqu theme dev`.
