App Publishment

This page describes how Partner apps move through publishment states. For now, partners can create draft and private apps only. Public apps (listed in Finqu app listings) are coming soon.

Publishment states

Your app can be in one of these states:

StateVisibility and installabilityReview required
DraftNot listed; only you (and your team) can access it in the Partner dashboard. Not installable by merchants. No
PrivateNot shown in public app listings. Shareable via links so selected merchants can install it.Yes
PublicComing soon — publicly visible in Finqu app listings; any merchant could discover and install from there.

You manage the app and submit it for review from the Partner dashboard. Moving from draft to private requires that you submit the app for review; Finqu will approve or request changes before the app becomes installable.

Draft

When you create a new Partner app, it starts as draft.

  • The app exists in the Partner dashboard and you can configure it (install URL, redirect URIs, scopes, branding, etc.).
  • It does not appear in any app listing.
  • Merchants cannot install it yet.

Use the draft state to build and test your app. When the app is ready to be installed by a limited set of merchants (e.g. beta testers), submit it for review to move to private.

Private

After review is approved, your app can be private. This is the only installable state available today.

  • The app is not shown in public app listings.
  • You can share it via links (e.g. a dedicated install or landing URL). Merchants who receive the link can start the install flow from there.
  • Only people with the link (or with access in the Partner dashboard) can install the app.

Public (coming soon)

Public publishment is not yet available. In the future, approved apps will be able to become public and appear in Finqu app listings so any merchant can discover and install them. We will update this documentation when public apps are available.

By publishing an app (private or public), you agree to the Partner App Terms, including the 3‑month removal period and support obligations.
